• Sincityplaywear.com accepts returns, for exchange or refund, of the following items: clothing, defective lingerie, shoes, unopened hosiery, unopened Lingerie and unworn Leather/Latex Clothing  with all tags attached.
• All merchandise must be in new saleable condition, with all tags attached and in it's original packaging. We cannot accept returns on soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened (US Health Government Law) and, therefore, made un-saleable. Please make sure that you try all shoes and boots on a carpet surface for fit. Any G-Strings, Thongs or Tonga's may NOT be returned for (US Health Government Law).
• Returns must be accompanied by a RA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization), which can be obtained by contacting customer service at info@sincityplaywear.com. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• Requested returns must be emailed to us within 5 days of receipt of your order. Failure to notify us within a 5 day period will result in refusal of your return. Therefore we MUST receive your return within 21 days from the receipt of your order.
• Shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for costs associated with sending back the return items in perfect saleable condition that includes packaging and footwear boxes non-damaged. Original manufactures shoebox MUST be shipped back with an Outside carton. Do not return shoes in only the original manufactures box. There will be a $5.00 box fee for damaged boxes and do not mark or tape original box in any way.
• All returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee plus an $11.99 original shipping fee deduction if order originally included FREE Shipping and now falls below $75.00.
• Returns for Even Exchanges must meet the above terms. The 15% restocking fee will be waived on returns made for even exchanges of exact style in a different size. Customer will be responsible for new additional shipping charges of $11.99.
• Orders that are returned due to an incorrect address provided , refused or attempted delivery's will be canceled and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Orders can ONLY be Cancelled within 4 hours of being placed.
• Ujena Swimwear Exchange Policy - Ujena Swimwear Exchanges are not a problem for a NEW size at equal or higher value at Sincity Playwear! If your size does not fit correctly, let us know and we will issue RA number with NO restocking fee. All tags MUST be attached and no returns on Swimwear G-Strings, Thongs or Tonga's due to US Health Laws. There will be a $11.99 shipping fee on your new exchange order. We only accept returns for exchanges to new sizes or styles for  Ujena Swimwear and Cover Ups.
